Our Privacy and Confidentiality Policy
The information you give us is kept secure with the utmost confidentiality. We will never divulge any of your information to anyone not involved in your care.
Electronic records such as your pre-anaesthetic assessment forms are deleted after your treatment is completed.
Our practice only retains accounting records. Clinical information about your anaesthetic are only kept in your hospital notes.
